High powered conferences on many modern themes can be hugely complex, for example Tech, AI and IT are all subjects that are at the centre of rapidly changing 21st working environment. How we lead teams to embrace transition and change is often overlooked so plenary sessions to remind the audience that people remain at the heart of their enterprise is a good method of breaking up an overload of rich content by asking what does that mean to the leader and the team?

Always happy to frame a specific session format to meet specialist need, audience, venue or topic, and this can be using interaction or to fulfil a particular requirement, from a knowledge sharing with Q&A management to provocation and response (voting or challenge from the audience). Just ask!

These sessions often provide an ability to deep dive into my subject and get to the nub of the conference focus. My approach is fearless, and yet kind, ensuring the ‘real’ conversation is had and facilitated to come into the room whilst keeping people feeling safe yet heard.

As compere I am very comfortable in relaxing the guest and teasing out the most important points they wish to make. I will always ask the pertinent questions and ensure that the unspoken questions in the room are also asked and answered!
